To begin, tape or secure a panel of cardstock or patterned paper to your work surface. Place a stencil over the paper, and secure with a bit of tape. Apply Gel Transfer to the stencil, and smooth the medium into all the openings using a palette knife. Scrape the Gel Transfer across the stencil surface to make sure it gets into every opening. Return all excess medium to the jar.

Peel off the stencil, and wash it immediately using soap and warm water. Set the stenciled paper aside to dry for one hour. The Gel Transfer will go from a opaque white to clear when set.

Cut a sheet of iCraft Deco Foil™ Transfer Sheet that is slightly larger than the paper to be foiled. Place the transfer sheet down onto the stenciled paper, with the colored side up and the silver side down. Place the foil and paper between the sheets of a folded piece of parchment paper.

Run the parchment paper sandwich through a heated laminator. Let the paper cool slightly.
