Add Deco Foil Shine to Your Layout Memories

When you think of our iCraft® Deco Foils™ you think about foil shine. And then how can I use it?

Maybe the Deco Foil™ Foam Sheets? Perhaps the Deco Foil™ Hot Melt Sheets and cut a design? Or you can go with the Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive.

For today..it’s small touches of foil that just add a little something extra to your project! It’s a perfect way to add a bit of flair to your projects on a level you are comfortable with!

Supplies Needed:

iCraft® Deco Foil™ Transfer Sheets – Pink Melon and Pumpkin
iCraft® Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive
3D Foam Strips
Memory Tape Runner XL
Sticky Dots Adhesive Sheets
Papers and diecuts from American Crafts – Amy Tangerine Collection
American Crafts Thickers Alphabet Stickers

Instructions:

1. Once you’ve created your layout use the Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive on your layout wherever you’d like to add some shine. Apply the liquid and allow plenty of time to try. (25-60 minutes.) The liquid will go from cloudy to clear yet still remain tacky.

2. For the clouds to duplicated a similar pattern use the Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive to drawn lines onto the paper.

3. Once the Deco Foil Liquid Ahesive has gone to clear and tacky…take the Deco Foil Transfer sheet, lay grey side down color side up and use your finger to burnish or rub the foil onto the adhesive.

Missed a spot..no problem lift up the foil move to the missed area and rub onto the adhesive. So long as the Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive is tacky you can apply more foil.

This is a handy way to spruce up layouts, cards, home decor and mixed media projects because you can control the level of Deco Foil! Have a steady hand? Trace the flowers, write a word…endless options! So get busy!
