Hello friends! Shemaine here today sharing a variety of themed cards created with the new Summer Deco Foil Toner Card Front Release and a variety of Deco Foil Toner Transfer Foils.

Let’s start with my Hey Sunshine card.

I die-cut the sun face and outline layer from orange cardstock using the dies I received in the kit for Spellbinders’ recent Weekender Virtual Crafting event. The Under the Sun Etched Die Set is now available separately; check your favorite retailer.

Next, I used some Dazzling Orange Gina K. Designs Fancy Foil to make the sun shine. I foiled a Solid Black Deco Foil Toner Card Front with Dazzling Orange Fancy Foil, then die cut the sun rays layer from the foiled toner paper. I die cut the facial features from assorted cardstocks. Assemble the die elements as shown, leaving the ends of the rays free to create more dimension; attach the sun rays layer to the outline layer using thin 3D Foam Squares for more dimension, if you like.

After foiling the Ray of Sunshine Deco Foil Toner Card Front with Gina K. Designs Blue Sky Fancy Foil, I used some spray ink from Kingston Crafts to add some dimension.

Next, using our 3D foam squares, I adhered the sun to the front of the toner card front.

Then, using a small circle die, I cut out a sentiment from the Summertime Deco Foil Toner Sentiments, and I foiled the sentiment with Dazzling Orange Fancy Foil.

I finished the card with some Ciao Bella rub-ons from the same Spellbinders’ La Dolce Vita Weekender Craft Kit. They rub-on the Toner Card Front like butter, and they look great with the design! If you don’t have rub-ons, you could also cut corners from coordinating patterned papers to get a similar effect.

For my second card, I foiled a Solid White Poly Glaze Foiling Sheet with Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils in patriotic colors (Radiant Red, Sparkling Silver, Brilliant Blue).

I love how smooth the designs look. Now I can cut them with this fringe border die I’ve had in my stash for years.

Next, I layered them over the Star Spangled Deco Foil Toner Card Front that I had foiled in Sparkling Silver Fancy Foil, and I paper pieced a fun patriotic heart die using cardstock in white and blue plus more Radiant Red foiled Poly-Glaze sheets.

The result is a perfect thank you card for your 4th of July host or hostess. Let’s also just marvel at how great that foiled fringe looks layered at the bottom of the card! I always have red-and-white gingham ribbon in my stash, so I tied a cute bow on the card and finished with a foiled toner sentiment in Radiant Red.

My last card for today was also created with the Star Spangled Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts and our Prismatic Rainbow transfer foil. I instantly thought that this background would make a great Graduation card.

It’s a simple design for a quick card. The Graduation cap is a die from Paper Trey ink. Perfect for the grad in your life this year!
