Are you ready for summer? How about accessorizing with the perfect tote? Just a bit of that bright, beautiful orange and some quilting for me please and this tote is ready to be packed and headed to the pool.
Used a simple tote pattern (found at a local fabric store), Pat Sloan’s beautiful new fabric Bobbins and Bits and quilting needs from Therm O Web.
Created tote using layers of fabric, fusible fleece and extra firm fusible web (to help keep the shape of the bag).
The design/pattern of the fabric helped when adding the stitching in a consistent pattern. Then added a few glass beads to complete the look.
