Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to INSPIRE you on some different ways to Create some FUN Teacher Thank You or Birthday Gifts!! The Holidays will be here before we know it and Birthdays are good for ANY Time of the Year!! I LOVE being able to Personalize Special Gifts and the NEW Deco Foil Adhesive Transfers are PERFECT for Decorating LOTS of different things, not just for Card Making!!
I Started by Creating the CUTEST Little Backpack Gift Card Holder Cards!! SWOON!! These are SO FUN to create with and the possibilities are ENDLESS with all of the different Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts and Deco Foils to choose from!! Plus, if you follow me then you KNOW I LOVE to SAVE my Negative Sheets and use those with the Deco Foil Toner Sheets to create a Negative Foil!! That’s just what I did with the Little Pocket I Die Cut above!! STUNNING in that Majestic Rainbow Deco Foil right!!??
I Foiled the Laura Kelly Dauntless Diamonds Toner Sheets and Foiled First with Radiant Red Gina K Designs Fancy Foil!! Then I used another Negative Sheet from my Stash!! Brutus Monroe Rainglow Foil was used to Foil the same Laura Kelly Dauntless Diamonds Toner Sheets and then I used the Negative and Foiled it onto a Deco Foil Toner Sheet and then Die Cut the Little Pocket!!
Next, I Foiled some Deco Foil Toner Sheets with both Gold and Silver Deco Foil and then Die Cut the Zipper Pulls!! So CUTE right!!?? I always say it’s in the Details and these Metallic Zipper Pulls are the PERFECT finishing Touch!!
For the Backpack Front and Backs, I’ve adhered some Deco Foil Flock in Sky Blue to some Blue Cardstock using some Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets and then ran it through my Die Cutting Machine to Burnish the Flock into the Adhesive on the Cardstock!! I then removed the Backing and I USED that Negative Sheet to Die Cut the Back of the Backpacks!! No WASTE!! I like to use it ALL!! Then I Inked both Die Cuts with some Peacock Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading!!
I repeated the same process only using the Ruby Deco Foil Flock!! Again I’m using both the Negative and the Positive Sheets!! I also Inked with Aged Mahogany Distress Ink for some Shading!!
I Put together all of the little Elements and I LOVE how FUN these Backpacks are made from a mixture of Deco Foil Flock, Deco Foil, and Cardstock along with the Stamped Elements that Fill the Backpack!!
I LOVE that you can change up the Sentiments on the front of these little Backpacks too!!
I might be partial to this Backpack with the Rainglow Pocket!! I mean really!! HOW FUN is this Backpack!!??
Next, I worked on these Little Metal Pails that I found on sale for $1.00 and I wanted to Foil them with Personalized Messages using the NEW Deco Foil Adhesive Transfers!! SQUEAL!! I LOVE how they SHINE with the addition of the Foiled Sentiments!! These could be used for ANY Gift and they are SO EASY to create!! First I Cut the Adhesive Sentiments from the Sheets and then I adhered them to the front of the Little Metal Pails and pressed them into place firmly!! Then I removed the Cover Sheet and Foiled!!
The White Pail was Foiled with the Mystic Rainbow Deco Foil and I LOVE how it POPS off of the White!!
Then I foiled the next Metal Pail with some Silver Deco Foil!!
The Last Metal Pail was Foiled with some Gold Deco Foil!! I think this is so FUN for Birthday Gifts!!
I LOVE how you can make them coordinate and then Fill the Little Metal Pails with goodies along with tucking a Gift Card into the Backpack Gift Card Holder Card!!
So MANY ways to dress these up!! I create little Scrap Bows to finish off the Pails using Zots Bling Dots to adhere them!!
This is SURE to BRIGHTEN anyone’s Day, these don’t have to be used for just Teachers either!! I honestly think ANYONE would LOVE to receive this as a Gift!!
I Tied the Backpack onto the Metal Pail and they are ready to give!!
