Hi Jenifer here with you today to share a project I made for the Therm O Web Winter Craft and Hobby (aka CHA) booth.
I created this little table top dress form, wouldn’t these be cute as table centerpieces for a wedding shower or the wedding itself!
Front:
Therm O Web Supplies:
Pink Glitter Dust
Silver Glitter Dust
Other:
Cotton
Wood Base
beads
May Arts ribbon
My very talented husband made me the base which is a block of wood with a dowel inserted in the middle that I wiped white paint on it to give it a whitewashed look, I then sprayed it with the Pink Glitter Dust.
I drew a dress form shape then sewed the pieces together and stuffed it and inserted the base through the bottom, now I have my mannequin.
I made the dress like I was making a Barbie dress, you can make your dress to match the bride and even the bridesmaids.
Pin your fabric in place until you get the desired shape. Sew it together. Tack everything down by had to keep it on the dress form. Once you have the dress the way you want it then you add the ribbons and flowers. Sew them on by hand.

Close up: Here is a close up of the flowers sprayed with the Silver Glitter Dust. I love the way it looks on the fabric.
If you are going to CHA make sure you stop by the booth and check out everybody’s wonderful projects.
