Hi Therm O Web fans!!!  This is Debbie and I wanted to share a fun project and a flower tutorial with you today!  It never fails this time of year I get extremely busy at work and I’m so grateful for having a creative outlet!

I seem to get my Christmas projects done in October every year…I get in the mood early!!  Today I’m sharing a project that incorporates my love for fabric and paper!  If it weren’t for some of my favorite Therm O Web products, these projects would probably fall apart before Christmas!! I made this banner with Bo bunny’s Et Cetera, Father Christmas and Blitzen Collections!  Today I’m going to show you how to  make that pretty Poinsettia that separates the stockings on this banner.

Here’s what you will need.

Paper collections of your choice (I used red cardstock to show these better)

Ink (optional)

a button or embellishments of choice (I used gems for the flower below)

Poinsettia Sizzix die

approx. 1-1/2″Circle punch

Therm O Web Jumbo Zots

Therm O Web Lots of  Zots

Therm O Web Foam Squares 1/2″

Die cute 6 large petals and 6 small petals.

Punch two circles.

Add a Jumbo Zot to center of one of the circles and adhere petals as shown.

Add a foam Square to center of flower.

Add second punched circle to top of foam square.

Layer small petals on top of circle with Medium Zots as shown below.

Adhere gems with Medium Lots O Zots (or embellishments of choice.)

When this flower is completed it will be about 4-5 inches in width!  Now all you have to do is decorate!!

Hope you try this!!

Debbie
