Hello all, it’s Juliana with you here today. I don’t know about you, but as soon as October begins, I’m ready for Halloween! I love all things Halloween…especially decorating and creating my own costumes. Two years ago, we had a Halloween costume party and I had a blast coming up with my costume and doing my own makeup. Today, I’m sharing a layout I created to capture the memories of my Halloween costume using the awesome new Black Deco Foil™ by Therm O Web.

Therm O Web Supplies:
Therm O Web 3D White Foam Squares – 1/4 inch
Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner XL
Therm O Web iCraft® DecoFoil™ Liquid Adhesive
Therm O Web iCraft® DecoFoil™ – Black
Therm O Web Sticky Dots Adhesive

Stickers are a great embellishment for any layout, but sometimes I want a little more dimension. One of my favorite things to do to give my stickers more dimension is to cut a piece of scrap chipboard just smaller than the sticker and then adhere the sticker to it. I then use either my Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner XL or Therm O Web 3D White Foam Squares – 1/4 inch to attach it to my layout.

On this layout, I added chipboard to both the “wicked” sticker and the “rose cluster” sticker. I attached the “wicked” sticker with the Tape Runner and the “rose cluster” with the Foam Squares. Along with adding more dimension, the chipboard also makes the sticker a little more sturdy when using them with the Foam Squares.

As I mentioned, I used the new Therm O Web iCraft Deco Foil™ Transfer Sheets in Black on this layout to create the spider web die cuts. I used the Deco Foil Die Cuts Technique to adhere the foil to the die cuts. I cut the spider web die cuts using my Silhouette Cameo and a free digital cut file that you can download and use for your own Halloween scrapbook pages or other Halloween projects!

I really love the shiny look the black foil adds to my layout!

To adhere the thin spider web die cuts to my layout, I used  Therm O Web Sticky Dots Adhesive. I love how easy these are for adding adhesive to die cuts.
