We know you’re going to love her projects….starting with this sweet spring basket!thermowebspringdecor

I made this pretty little spring basket to brighten up my craft studio. I do not have windows in that room so I thought looking at these lovely colors would make me thing spring even though I can not see it out my window.

You will find the pattern and instructions HERE.

I followed the instructions on the pattern except for a few steps. Instead of using a heavy stabilizer, I used StitchnSew Non Woven Craft Sew In Firm and instead of sewing around the fabric and stabilizer, I sprayed some SpraynBond Basting Adhesive on the wrong side of the fabric and then adhered it to my stabilizer… no need to sew around the edges!

For the handles, I did the same thing using the StitchnSew Non Woven Craft Sew In Firm. I am telling you, this stuff works beautifully without all the extra bulk!

Enjoy!
