Hiya scrappy peeps and ThermOWeb fans! Have you seen the NEW release? Monday, ThermOWeb release a dreamy new addition to the Deco Foil Transfer Sheet line; the Fairytale Collection. Five new colors, with an iridescent finish, that are perfect for the prince, princess, unicorn, fairytale project you might be working on. In today’s layout, I used two different methods to highlight the new shimmer and shine on a fairytale layout.

Fairytale Scrapbook Layout

ThermOWeb supplies;

The first place that I used the new Fairytale foils was for the background. I created the starry background within the patterned paper circle. It’s the perfect complement to the outer paper, don’t you think? Simply apply Transfer gel with a palette knife through a stencil, set aside to dry, and then run through either a hot laminator or die-cut machine, if using the Duo gel. It’s literally that simple. However, with a 12×12 piece of paper as I have here, a laminator is the way to go.

“Once Upon a Time” there was a shimmery letter making princess who loved her ThermOWeb toner sheets and created a dreamy title for her “happily ever after” page! LOL! Run your Peel’N Stick toner sheets through an electronic die cut machine to cut the letters. Apply foil colored side OUT and run through a hot laminator in a parchment package. If you would like, dry embossing with a flourish embossing folder. Peel away the backing and stick on your project!

The dry embossing really adds some fun texture to your project AND the added bonus of capturing the light of the foils at different angles thus getting the different shades of color. Simply stunning!

Other fun little embellishments, such as the prince frog, teacups, and what not add of the theme and add more color to your project.

Be sure to visit Suzanna’s YouTube channel for a tutorial on how she created the background and letters then stick around for the process video as she explains how she created the remainder of the layout!

What do you think of these foils?! Amazing, right?! I can’t wait for my order to arrive so I can incorporate more of this lovely sparkle into future projects!

Thanks for stopping in today! See you again soon!
