jchapin TOW foil card (4)

Hello and welcome to another week here on the Therm O Web blog! Today I am sharing a quick card with you using iCraft® Gold DecoFoil™ and our foam adhesive squares. Let’s get started!

For this project, I used Deco Foils in gold, 3D foam squares, and the DecoFoil™ White Foam Adhesive sheets (not pictured).

I cut a piece of the foam the same size as my card base and added the gold foil, carefully peeling back to reveal a solid gold piece. I then cut a piece of white cardstock and punched stars in a random pattern. I adhered some 3D foam squares to the back of the paper so that I could get a dimensional look once the card was finished. The nice thing about the foam squares is that they come in 2 different sizes to fit each piece, large or small.

After carefully adhering the die cut star piece to the iCraft Gold Deco Foil, I added it to my card base. Then I used stamps to make my sentiment and stamp a few black stars on the background. The result is an elegant card that would be perfect for an engagement or wedding!
